QUESTION N ANSWER
Full Legal Name: Tad Everett Freezeland
Birthdate: November 18, 1969
Instruments You Can Play: Guitar, Synth, Drums, Mandolin, Bass, Dobro, Recorder, Kazoo
First time you remember wanting to be a musician: My dad played guitar when I was a kid. When I was about 7 he saw me messing around with his guitar, so he showed me how to play "Ghost Riders in the Sky," which was like the "Stairway to Heaven" of the time. When I was 9 my parents bought me a drum kit. Much to their dismay, I made trade with a kid down the street: my full Remo drum kit for a cheap guitar and amp. When Dad found out, he said, "Then you'll learn how to play, I guarantee it!" So I did. I don't ever remember any one moment when I thought, 'THAT'S what I want to do!' I was kinda born into it since my Dad played bass and Mom sang in so many bands when I was a kid.
Formal Training: Not on guitar. I had drum lessons for about 2 1/2 years when I was 10.
